1) General Bonus Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope, Ranking & Language Version

These terms and conditions apply to all bonus, promotional, and loyalty offers (“Bonuses”) on megasino.win. Any special rules for a specific promotion take precedence; otherwise, the general terms and conditions apply. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version prevails.

1.2 Time zone & deadlines

All deadlines, billing periods and time specifications are in CET/CEST (server time), unless otherwise stated.

1.3 Participation & Limitation

Participation is restricted to those aged 18 and over and only permitted at legally authorized gaming locations. Participation in a bonus promotion is limited to one entry per person/address/mobile device/shared device/IP address. Certain countries/customer groups may be excluded from bonus offers.

1.4 Bonus Accumulation (No Stacking) & Activation

Only one bonus can be active per account at a time, unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Activating a new bonus will forfeit any remaining active bonus balance and any unused bonus winnings. Players can terminate an active bonus via support; this will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any unused bonus winnings. Cashback is excluded.

1.5 Balance Logic & Payouts

The balance calculation (bonus/real money) and any payout methods are determined for each promotion. Any deviations will be clearly stated in the respective promotion description.

1.6 Rollover (only for promotions with turnover requirement) & Game Weighting

Standard rollover: 25x based on the bonus amount (and any pro rata real money contribution), provided the respective promotion stipulates a rollover and does not specify a different number.

Game weighting (default, for rollover actions only):

• Slots (without progressive jackpots): 100%

• Sports betting: 100% (only selections with decimal odds ≥ 1,40 per selection count)

• Crash games: 10%

• Table games (RNG) & Video Poker: 10%

• Live Casino: 10%

• Jackpots & Bonus Buy Features: 0%

1.7 Limits of use & high-risk patterns

• Maximum stake with active bonus on slots and in the live casino: €5 per spin or €0,50 per win and €5 per hand, spin round or the like.

• Sports: Arbitrage/Surebets, Hedging (opposing bets on the same market/event – ​​even across different bookmakers), Cash Out (full/partial), Void/Push/Refunds, Edit Bet, Duplicate bets to circumvent the minimum odds of 1,40; postponed events only count upon final settlement; opposing selections on the same market/event are not permitted. Examples of "same market": 1X2 vs. Double Chance on the same match; Team A wins vs. Draw No Bet; Over/Under 2,5 vs. Exact Goals markets; Asian Handicap +0,5 vs. 1X2 on the same match.

• Crash games: Auto cashouts < 1,20 are not counted; only properly completed rounds count (connection interruptions can lead to a round score of zero).

• Casino in general: Roulette hedging of large areas, systematic exceeding of maximum bets, extreme bet reduction after large wins when switching to low volatility games.

• First-time offense leniency: In the case of a first-time accidental violation of deployment/crediting rules, a warning and a reset of bonus progress are usually issued instead of complete forfeiture; in the case of systematic abuse, complete forfeiture remains reserved.

• Consequences: Non-crediting, confiscation of winnings, blocking of further bonuses, possibly account closure.

1.8 Responsible Gaming & Account Status

Blocked, restricted, or self-excluded accounts are not eligible for bonus promotions. If a restriction is activated or implemented, the bonus may be canceled. Self-exclusion or account closure does not affect existing withdrawal claims.

1.9 Extended KYC/AML checks

We may at any time carry out additional verifications (e.g. identity, proof of address, possibly source of funds/wealth) and suspend payouts until completion.

1.10 Technical Integrity (VPN/Proxy/Bot)

The use of VPN/proxy, bots, scripts or automated systems to participate in bonus promotions is prohibited and considered abuse.

1.11 Validity & Expiry

There is no general standard validity period. Validity and, if applicable, expiry are specified precisely for each promotion in advance.

1.12 Changes, removal & individual limits

Unused bonuses may be changed, removed, or re-offered; active/claimed bonuses are generally not removed. We may individually limit bonus amounts, frequency, and participation per player/group, or issue invitations individually.

1.13 Currency, Conversion & Error Correction

Amounts in EUR or equivalent. For non-EUR accounts, conversion is based on the daily ECB reference rate (or equivalent market source) at the time of crediting/settlement. Obvious typing/system errors may be corrected; affected bets/bonuses may be canceled.

Promotional page vs. banner: In case of discrepancies between banner/advertisement and promotional page, the promotional page takes precedence.

Provider outages: If provider/network disruptions occur, rounds/bets may be canceled or reassessed; if no result was determined, this will be done without disadvantage to the customer.

1.14 Objections & Review Process

Any objections to bonus calculations must be reported to support within 7 days of the bonus being credited/settled. We will review the betting/match logs and inform the player of the result promptly.

2) Specific conditions: No-deposit bonus (without deposit)

Scope: This applies exclusively to no-deposit promotions (e.g., credits without deposit, prize wheel credits without deposit). No-deposit free spins are not offered.

2.1 Participation

One per person/address/device/IP. No-deposit bonuses can only be paid out once per person.

2.2 Activation & Deadlines

As described in the promotion details (e.g., registration, invitation, action button). Validity dates and deadlines are specified precisely for each promotion in advance.

2.3 Sales Request (Wage)

Sales requirement. No-deposit bonuses have a wager of 1.

2.4 Payouts, minimum and maximum limits

Minimum payout: €50 from no-deposit winnings. Maximum payout: €100 (or equivalent) from no-deposit bonuses; any amounts exceeding this will be forfeited. Proof of address (KYC) is required when withdrawing without a prior real money deposit.

No-deposit payouts are processed within 24 hours after successful verification.

2.5 Abuse & Consequences

Multiple accounts, technical/manipulative use, circumvention of the person/device/IP restriction or the patterns described in 1.7 will lead to disqualification, confiscation of winnings, blocking of further bonuses and possibly other penalties. Account closure. 3.

3. Bonus wheel

Note: Times are given in CET/CEST (Server time).

3.1 Participation window & frequency
It is one (1) shoot per week Per account, within the period Monday, 07:30 am to Sunday, 24:00 am.

3.2 Credit note & sales invoice (Scroll 1×)
The winnings from the bonus wheel will be as a no-deposit bonus credited and subject to Wager 1× (one-time turnover) of the credited amount.

3.3 Multiplier
Our preview of every week increases multiplier for the bonus wheel win. The respective current level/increase rate will be on the Action page expelled.
The game lasts exactly 7 weeks, with the multiplier of a win increasing as indicated after each week.
From week 8 onwards, players who have completed all 7 weeks will be reset to week 1 and may use the game for another 7 weeks.
The game continues until further notice; there is no legal entitlement to winnings obtained from the game. In case of technical malfunctions, Megasino reserves the right to cancel any and all games.
Incorrect bookings will be reversed within 3 working days.

3.4 Eligibility
Eligible to participate is every registered user in accordance with the terms and conditions/bonus conditions; further limitations (e.g., country/customer groups) remain in effect. Item 1.3/1.12 Reserved.

3.5 Deposit request (7-week rule)
This happens within 7 weeks of initial participation no deposit, the account will be used for the Bonus wheel blocked, A deposit has been made.

3.6 Withdrawals & KYC (Reference)
Payouts from the bonus wheel are subject to the No-deposit rules according to Section 2 (especially) Minimum payout €50, Maximum payout €100, Proof of address (KYC) (for first withdrawal without prior deposit).
